  • Being educated by the nuns for eight of my twelve years in parochial schools, it was and still is my objective opinion that they were the true faces of Catholicism for baby boomers. Some of my peers may have seen the wrong side of a paddle held by a nun which could affect their memories of nuns.

  • I hope that a key part of the settlement with the parents of the thug that crippled this young man was a criminal court plea bargain that included hard time for the bully. Evidently he had a track record that was ignored by the school district which made them liable.
